You should be completely happy with your purchase. If there is ever a problem with your saber, please hit the chat feature on this page. That links directly to James and he will walk you through troubleshooting the issue. If your saber is fully broken and we cannot help you fix it, we will replace it with either the same one or, if they are no longer manufactured, offer you several comparable replacements.
The above warranty applies only to our lightsabers. Everything else we sell is covered by a 30 day satisfaction commitment. If there is a problem with your item upon receipt, you have 30 days to notify us about any issues.

We offer drop shipping for all our sabers. Typical shipping takes 8-10 business days for delivery of your saber.
Please note that shipping on all non saber orders will vary. You will get a separate email after you place your order with an approximate shipping timeframe. Most orders will be filled and shipped within 3 weeks.
